How does trading my property for another property work?

You email us your general property description, location, (no specific address) and price and we will post it on our website along with what you would like to trade for. Once you have identified a property on our website that fits your criteria, or we find a property match, we will contact those parties to see if they have an interest. Once this has been determined.
Detailed information on both properties will be exchanged by the interested parties to see if further negotiations are warranted. We are actively searching daily for possible trades especially those who have posted to our website.

What if my house is currently listed with a Real Estate Agent?

No problem, this site just provides a another avenue for your Realtor to sell your property and get paid their commission on the listing side.

Will my contact information be given out to each person that I have match with?

No, Only after you have been contacted by us to determine if you have an interest in the property being recommended for trade and a sign agreement allowing us to release your full information.

Can I use A Real Estate Agent?

Yes, but they must be licensed in the state that they are trading or refer it to an agent in that state. Or we can act as your agent for the following States;
California, Nevada and Arizona

Do I have too use a Real Estate Agent?

No, you can act on your own behalf, but we highly recommend you use a real estate attorney, title and escrow company.

If we are represented by you what are our costs in trading our property?

That is determined by our involvement in which the fees can range from a flat fee, referral fee or up to a full selling commission. This agreement is made by both parties prior to detailed property information is exchanged.

Does it cost me anything to list my property on your site?

NO FEE OR OBLIGATION unless we find a match trade, or sell your property.

How long can I keep my property posted on your site?

Until the property is traded or sold.

Who determines the price of the properties during negotiations?

Price is determined by both parties, but we recommend an independent appraisal on both properties..
